This part-time role involves providing on-site maintenance and technical support for AI skin analysis devices across the UK. ● Bachelor’s degree or above, location based in the UK are preferred.

● Responsible and capable of independently completing tasks following operational instructions.
● Able to communicate effectively in English for basic on-site support; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
● Available for on-demand travel to client locations for support tasks.

● Provide on-site maintenance and technical support for EveLab devices at client locations across the UK.
● Perform device disassembly, assembly, and component replacement based on operation manuals and remote technical guidance.
● Conduct basic functional testing and document maintenance results and issue feedback.
● Support on-site device inspection, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
● Communicate closely with remote technical teams to ensure smooth task execution.
