关于这个职位

作为施耐德电气的BMS客户经理,您将负责管理和拓展英国地区的BMS EcoXpert合作伙伴网络,以推动数字化建筑产品与解决方案的销售增长

您需要制定商业策略,与合作伙伴及内部跨部门团队紧密协作,确保销售目标的达成,并负责处理客户问题、维护合作伙伴关系以及推动市场机会的转化

工作职责

为选定客户(包括支持EcoXpert自身的内部业务战略)和关键供应链成员制定和管理商业战略

通过发展矩阵管理联系人,执行源自全球、细分市场、客户或区域战略的行动,以有效部署我们的战略,覆盖业务(建筑、IT、电力、工业、能源和FI)和供应链的所有部分
积极向选定客户群推广适用的施耐德电气数字化建筑产品,在整个供应链中获得订单、规范和标准化
根据最佳销售原则、个人销售计划、公司政策、目标和战略,建立并实施动态销售计划
与直线经理协商,不断审查BMS EcoXpert合作伙伴名单,以保持合作伙伴在能力和目标细分市场上的正确数量、质量和平衡
与所有销售、市场、技术和技术商务团队中的内部同事合作,确保有效的跨实体、区域、国家和国际协作
确保客户问题由业务部门中最合适的负责人拥有并解决
按要求及时向直线经理提供所有相关的准确信息和报告,并向市场部门反馈
通过与您的EcoXpert账户密切合作,在bFO中开发机会管道,同时使用适当的公司工具维护合作伙伴记录
积极监控竞争对手的行动,并向EcoXpert合作伙伴提供相关情报,以支持他们的增长
管理并记录EcoXpert合作伙伴的能力,并确保定期进行检查,以解决任何技能差距
推动现有EcoXpert合作伙伴、分销商和面板制造商的Delta P、收入和订单增长
与数字化建筑业务线合作,确保顶级VIP账户得到相应的服务和优先处理
确保EcoXpert社区及时了解施耐德产品发布和新创新
为EcoXpert社区举办培训活动和研讨会,以支持他们的知识库
发展和维护与细分市场负责人和V1的内部关系,以了解可以利用EcoXpert合作伙伴探索的进一步增长机会
