工作职责
Assist the Lawyers in the Legal team in respect of over–the–counter (“OTC”) derivative, prime brokerage and cash transactions (including transactions in respect of equity, rates, foreign exchange and credit)
Review and draft documentation (both for derivative/prime brokerage/cash transactions and ancillary documents), and arranging execution of the above transactions and matters
Assist with related processes and reporting
