As a Global Recruiter at Futu Securities, you will drive the company's international expansion by sourcing and attracting top talent worldwide. Fluency in English. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a global or multi-national organization. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including effective sourcing strategies and assessment methods. Experience in AI tools for talent acquisition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving global environment.

工作职责

Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and job fit. Coordinate and conduct interview processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview questions, and providing feedback to candidates. Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling job descriptions and postings that attract a diverse range of candidates. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform recruitment and employer branding strategies. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact until the final hiring decision. Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in various markets.

优先资格

Additional language skill in Mandarin/Arabic/Cantonese is a plus.
