This role leads healthcare professional marketing for obesity, diabetes, and rare disease portfolios at Novo Nordisk Taiwan. You will drive integrated brand planning, bridge HCP and consumer strategies, and lead a team to execute omnichannel digital initiatives. It requires a strategic leader with deep pharma marketing experience and a patient-centric mindset.

最低要求

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field

Fluent in Mandarin/English communication
+ years in pharma marketing, including 3+ years in people management
A visionary leader who recognizes the Patient as the decision-maker and can lead an HCP team through this strategic paradigm shift
Experience with omnichannel marketing tools, patient analytics, and agency/vendor management
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills

工作职责

Integrated Brand Planning: Lead the development of lifecycle strategies for Obesity, Diabetes, and Rare Disease portfolios.

Market Adaptation: Pivot strategies between driving volume in Mass Metabolic markets and shortening the Diagnostic Journey in Rare Disease niche markets.
Strategic Roadmap: Translate competitive intelligence and patient behavior data into actionable plans.
HCP-Consumer Bridge: Lead the HCP team to design "patient-aware" medical strategies.
Strategic Synergy: Partner with the Consumer Marketing Team to synchronize medical campaigns with consumer initiatives.
Ecosystem Shaping: Drive initiatives to eliminate obesity/diabetes stigma.
Consumer Mindset Cultivation: Foster a high-performance culture that treats "Consumer Mindset" as a core competency.
Capability Building: Mentor Product Managers to think beyond traditional medical channels.
Matrix Excellence: Lead the team to work seamlessly with Medical, Market Access & Public Affairs.
Precision O2O: Oversee the alignment of medical education with digital O2O mechanisms.
Data-Driven Growth: Implement data-driven marketing to optimize reach and ROI.
Omnichannel Impact: Partner with the Consumer team to leverage digital/influencer platforms.
Resource Optimization: Strategically allocate marketing budgets across the portfolio.
Access Partnership: Collaborate with Market Access to support pricing and reimbursement strategies.
Governance: Ensure all marketing innovations and tactical executions adhere strictly to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
