This senior role focuses on developing advanced computer vision and machine learning algorithms for Qualcomm's embedded platforms, including smartphones, IoT, PC, and XR devices. You will work on cutting-edge technology like face detection, object recognition, and vision-language models, bridging research to commercial products.

最低要求

PhD degree (or Master with >3 years of working experience) in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant majors

Hands-on experience in computer vision research in areas such as face/hand/body detection, 2D/3D pose estimation, object detection, action recognition, vision foundation models, VLM, multimodal LLM, 3D reconstruction, biometrics, deepfake detection, watermarking, AIGC
Proficiency in deep learning model design, training and finetuning
Proficiency in C/C++/Python
Proficiency in English
Good team spirit
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 2+ years of relevant work experience; OR Master's degree and 1+ year; OR PhD

Utilizing modern machine learning techniques for computer vision tasks

Development of proof-of-concept demo on Qualcomm platforms
Tackling practical issues in accuracy and efficiency for specific application scenarios to commercialize computer vision technology
Tracking cutting-edge computer vision and machine learning techniques and new emerging application fields
Proposing new ideas in algorithm/application for technology commercialization and patent application

Experience with deep learning model compression, quantization and on-device deployment

Experience with computer vision system SW development
Experience with Qualcomm HW platform
Experience with Qualcomm AI SDKs and tools
Experience with Camera framework and sensor related image processing
Experience with performance optimization with ARM/DSP/GPU/NPU
Experience with cross-platform (Windows, Android, Linux) development
