This summer internship at Qualcomm's Taiwan PDTE team offers a hands-on opportunity to develop machine learning models and work with Large Language Models (LLMs). You will analyze customer requirements, design solutions, and create prototypes using data science and ML knowledge. The role is ideal for students pursuing a degree in CS, Data Science, or ML who want to gain industry experience in cutting-edge AI technologies.

最低要求

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field

Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts, frameworks, and libraries
Knowledge of Large Language Model concepts, including prompting, RAG, and model fine-tuning
Fluent in English (verbal and written)

工作职责

Analyze customer requirements, design intuitive and user-centered solutions, and create machine learning model prototypes

Combine computing backend solutions using data science or machine learning knowledge to deliver meaningful impact through user-integrated systems
Work on cutting-edge projects involving Large Language Models (LLMs)

优先资格

Experience using AWS cloud computing

Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts such as regression, distribution, correlation, and outlier detection
Knowledge of integrating foundation models (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, etc.) and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
Knowledge of fine-tuning or instruction-tuning models
Knowledge of designing and implementing AI agent frameworks (single-agent and multi-agent)
Experience with reinforcement learning techniques and environments
