This role focuses on developing and optimizing AWB/AEC algorithms for Qualcomm's Action Camera platforms. You will work on image quality tuning, design evaluation systems, and support product commercialization across APAC.

最低要求

(1) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, with at least 3 years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a comparable role.

(2) Hands-on experience with AEC/AWB, color science and theory, and related image processing algorithms is required.
(3) Solid understanding of camera systems and image quality evaluation metrics.
(4) Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and MATLAB for research and development activities.
(5) Strong analytical thinking skills with a proven ability to solve complex technical problems.

工作职责

(1) Design, develop, and validate innovative solutions for next-generation camera systems.

(2) Optimize and debug solutions within complex camera architectures to meet demanding performance requirements and specifications.
(3) Demonstrate the ability to take ideas from initial concept through development and into commercial deployment.
(4) Test and verify features collaboratively, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration.
(5) Support product commercialization and ensure image quality targets are met; occasional business travel or collaboration across different time zones may be required.
(6) 60%–80% workload for customer support; 20% onsite availability for business travel across APAC and China.

优先资格

(1) Familiarity with both objective and subjective image quality assessment methodologies.

(2) Experience with Snapdragon 2A and ISP is a plus.
(3) Background in image processing algorithms, image sensor characteristics, and optical system design.
(4) Background in computer vision, machine learning, sensor and color calibration, and Android development is a strong plus.
