Initiate shipment requests and track inbound/outbound materials. Communicate material pull‑ins and push‑outs, highlight schedule risks. Generate reports in PowerBI and prepare PowerPoint presentations. Attend team meetings, capture notes, track action items. Work with management and Finance to monitor spending. Assist with lab setup and engineering data analysis. Maintain tracking mechanisms and documentation.
