Skills: Significant experience managing complex, cross‑functional or transformation projects in a matrix organisation. Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, PMI, Agile) preferred. Strategic thinking and systems perspective. Strong execution discipline and prioritisation. Stakeholder influence without direct authority. Data‑driven decision‑making and problem solving. Clear, executive‑level communication. Comfort working with ambiguity and change.

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives and transformation projects aligned to corporate or business‑unit strategy.
Translate strategic goals into structured project plans, milestones, and benefit‑realisation frameworks.
Manage multiple, concurrent projects within a strategic portfolio, ensuring prioritisation reflects business value and capacity.
Develop and maintain business cases, project charters, and investment justifications.
Establish appropriate governance structures, including steering committees, escalation pathways, and decision gates.
Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and benefits realisation; intervene where required to protect outcomes.
Engage senior stakeholders and functional leaders to align expectations, secure resources, and drive accountability.
Act as an integrator across functions (e.g. operations, engineering, finance, supply chain, IT).
Support change management activities, ensuring adoption, communication clarity, and organisational readiness.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans to ensure efficient use of capital and people.
Track financial performance, savings, cost avoidance, and ROI against approved business cases.
Improve project management standards, tools, and ways of working across the organisation.
Coach or mentor project leads and functional managers on disciplined execution and strategic alignment.
Embed lessons learned and best practice into future programmes.
