Execute logistics and transport operational standards for warehouse performance and efficiency. Adopt a culture of continuous improvement and alerting within the warehouse and the national logistic network. Establish regular dialogue with all the parties involved in the warehouse business (Supply, Finance, Legal, Operational Excellence team, Retail, IT…).
