Applies understanding of tax rules and general mobility principles in oral and written deliverables; Build relationships with client stakeholders to gather and analyze existing global mobility structures against project goals; Interface with clients to determine needs, draft compensation packages, and help implement selected plans; Assess current technologies and recommend future uses or integrations to address client’s needs; Provide initial recommendations on current tax legislation across the Global Tax and Business Advisory function to leadership; Demonstrate advanced knowledge of the key capabilities required to deliver a high quality service experience to the client; Select appropriate methods for collecting and analyzing data, and develop informed recommendations that shape or support the client’s business strategy; Articulate how technology enables the business and communicate this effectively to clients while ensuring appropriate technologies and methodologies are used on projects
Preferably qualifications include serving international assignment tax programs on and/or internal or external consulting, as well as international experience
