This role involves collaborating with pricing operations, product, and development teams to identify process pain points and potential needs. You will manage demand sources across channels, track competitor strategies, write insight reports, maintain system operation guidelines and policies, and support outsourcing task delivery. 最低要求

+ years of experience in product operations or PMO

Ability to conduct needs analysis and process diagnosis, independently produce insights and recommendations
Experience in documentation and internal policy management preferred
Clear logic, skilled in cross-department collaboration and information integration
Proficient in Notion, Excel, Google Workspace; BI tools or basic SQL is a plus
Self-driven with ownership mindset, able to define goals and actions in ambiguous tasks

Collaborate with pricing operations, product, and development teams to uncover process pain points and potential needs

Manage and analyze demand sources across channels
Regularly track competitor features and strategies, propose differentiation suggestions
Write insight reports and produce structured recommendations to support product planning
Write and maintain system operation guidelines and operational policies, build a knowledge base
Manage and support outsourcing task delivery, responsible for initial acceptance and feedback
Assist in managing internal system configurations and daily maintenance tasks
Support aggregation, tracking, and visualization of requirements and quality-related data
