作为GrabMart的客户管理专员,您将负责与现有及潜在的重要商户建立并维护牢固的业务关系,以推动GrabMart业务的增长

最低要求

商业/管理或相关专业本科及以上学历

拥有3年客户管理、业务发展、合作伙伴关系或相关领域的经验
拥有管理快速消费品(FMCG)客户或电子商务类目的经验
具备将商业、战略、财务和法律概念结合以领导复杂、多方面交易的能力
能够熟练处理数据并进行业务分析(例如,解决业务问题)

工作职责

获取并推动关键账户的增长,衡量指标包括配送量、商品交易总额(GMV)和收入

准备每周、每月的促销计划及品类策略规划,包括监控趋势并提出/协调合适的定价与促销活动
管理端到端的交易管理(包括与国家的业务发展、广告、GrabGifts、交通、食品、支付/金融、运营、营销和产品团队合作,以确保合作伙伴关系的成功)
探究并调查商户的痛点,验证关键合作伙伴面临的问题,包括处理可能通过客户支持升级的投诉
评估战略和合作伙伴机会,进行广泛的定量和定性分析
与不同部门协作,定制满足商户特定需求(例如,定制化报告、营销支持、系统集成)
通过与商户和运营团队合作,提升运营卓越性
