This role is responsible for managing capital expenditure budgeting, financial analysis, and investment evaluation to support strategic decisions. Own and manage the capital expenditure budget, ensuring alignment with financial capacity and strategic goals.
Monitor and control project costs, recommending solutions to avoid cost overruns.
Evaluate investment opportunities using financial metrics such as NPV, IRR, and payback period.
Conduct cost-benefit and sensitivity analyses to support decision-making.
Support the annual Capex investment planning process across business units.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including PO and accrual reviews.
Present analysis and recommendations to senior management in a clear, impactful manner.
Collaborate with Project Managers, HQ FP&A, and fulfillment center finance teams to deliver timely and accurate reporting.
Present and explain financial analysis, recommendations, and complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Contribute to quarterly investment reviews and help shape Capex strategy.

Fluent in English reading and writing, with intermediate or higher speaking skills.
Experience using SAP (FI/CO).
Experience working in a matrix organization or global environment.
