Responsibilities: Work together with sales and team members to achieve the business target; Collect and submit the customer cargo demand via the cloud platform in order to align and fulfil business goal; Collaborate cross teams to deliver effective and efficient solutions for customers; Provide professional service of daily activities for rate and tender negotiation, contract filing, service requirements, trouble shooting in line with relevant strategies and guidelines; Accurately records interaction with customers and account information into the sales cloud platform and promotion on e-Commerce digitalization product related to customers. Requirements: Diploma holder or above, major in shipping, logistics, business management or equivalent disciplines is preferable; 3 years of relevant working experience is preferred, exposure in tender handling or sales - related function would be an advantage; Proactive, self-motivated, self-disciplined and able to work independently; Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving with analysing skills; Good command in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin; Proficient PC skills including MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
