这是一个面向孟买地区的区域销售经理/高级销售工程师职位
Qualifications and Technical Skills: BE/Diploma - Instrumentation/Electronics/Mechanical or Bsc. In Electronics. Proficient in using CRM and/or an ERP system. Overall and Specific Experience: Min 2-4 Years in frontline sales of Industrial equipment's. Knowledge of Automation, Software, Capital Equipment's Sales, Working with EPC/Consultants will be helpful.
Responsibilities: Achieve Net Sales, OIT & AR targets on monthly/quarterly and yearly basis. Achieve activities goals as per guidelines (Demo/e Demo, Seminar/e Seminar, Customer visits, Webinar etc) for target accounts and generate leads. Value sell by leveraging high quality sales tools and convert self-generated and marketing leads. Ensure timely response to marketing leads. Achieve price realization goals. Timely and complete data entry in CRM (Activities, opportunities, Leads, Won/Lost orders etc.). Achieve cross leads generation goals. Work with service team to brickwall all accounts and monitor/improve customer satisfaction.
Post graduate qualification in management will be an added advantage.
