该职位是梅特勒托利多金属检测战略业务单元的一名电气设计工程师

您将负责为定制化应用设计电气方案、创建图纸、进行产品测试与验证,并支持新产品的研发以优化成本与交付周期

最低要求

电气工程相关专业的HND或同等学历

在低压电气产品设计工程领域拥有重要的研究生毕业后商业经验,且工作环境为低或中批量生产
具备机械设计的经验和知识
能够制作和修改电气设计,开发接线原理图和零件清单
拥有按订单设计行业的经验
能够配置、编程和排除PLC故障,最好是西门子、艾伦-布拉德利或罗克韦尔品牌
具备与公司各级别人员沟通的能力
具有创新精神,能够发现改进机会

工作职责

规划和安排每日及每周的工作量,以满足生产目标和业务目标

访问现场、客户和供应商,以支持产品交付和技术解决方案
为定制应用创建电气原理图和设计方案
准备技术报价和产品成本估算
制定产品规格、物料清单,并维护电气数据库
使用2D和3D软件更新和创建设计图纸
进行产品测试和验证
记录结果
按时准确地实施工程变更请求
支持新产品设计,通过改进技术降低成本并缩短交付周期
调查并解决客户质量问题,采取纠正措施
