关于这个职位

作为HR共享服务中心专员,您将负责员工全生命周期的HR行政事务处理,确保HR系统数据的准确性与完整性,并为员工、经理及HR同事提供高效、客户导向的服务支持

您将深度参与公司HR转型项目,作为HR系统的超级用户,支持年度调薪、绩效管理等关键流程,并负责解答员工咨询

最低要求

至少3年相关工作经验,其中至少有1年Workday系统的实际操作经验

拥有相关学科的学士学位(如工商管理、人力资源、共享服务等)
对人力资源有浓厚兴趣,并具备HR行政工作经验
适应共享服务中心环境,并能与美国、欧洲和亚洲的同事沟通(工作时间:晚上10点至早上7点)
有使用基于云的HR系统(如Workday、SuccessFactors等)的经验
精通Microsoft Office,特别是Excel
具备数据分析、Power BI和Power Automate知识者优先
优秀的英语书面和口头沟通能力
精通墨西哥西班牙语者优先
出色的时间管理、优先级排序和组织能力

工作职责

支持涵盖员工全生命周期的集中化HR行政有效运作,包括将新员工录入HR系统、提供积极的入职前体验、及时处理现有雇佣合同的变更(如晋升/调薪等)直至支持离职流程

确保员工主数据在HR系统中的完整性和准确性
支持批量数据变更或上传
与各HR职能部门就特殊数据项目和计划进行协作,例如薪酬基准数据上传等
根据国家要求,利用电子文档管理系统创建、分发和归档因雇佣变更产生的文件
确保所有事务均按照操作手册、服务水平协议以及薪资截止日期准确完成
担任我们各HR系统模块的超级用户,并为最终用户提供一线支持
准备系统以支持关键的HR流程,如年度调薪、培训活动、绩效管理等
回答员工咨询并处理涉及广泛主题的员工请求,建立和维护相关知识库,以持续提升我们共享服务中心支持员工咨询和请求的能力
支持当地招聘人员和招聘经理安排面试后勤和职位发布
成为构建自定义数据报告以及分析和解读数据的倡导者
协助开展反馈调查,并向相关利益相关者提供总结性发现
与HR共享服务中心同事协作,确保服务和标准的一致性
完成直线经理分配的其他任务,并支持团队项目
