这是一个为期约36个月的管培生项目,面向工程、技术、数学等专业的应届毕业生

你将作为现场工程师,在阿曼的油田现场工作,成为公司与客户之间的关键接口,负责协调团队部署工具与服务,解决复杂技术问题,并参与投标支持等工作
项目旨在通过实践培养未来的技术骨干

最低要求

在过去36个月内获得工程(所有领域)、工程技术、数学、化学、地球科学或类似专业的学士学位

最低累计GPA为2.75(4.0分制或同等标准)
具备流利的英语书面和口语能力,以及优秀的沟通技巧
无需公司担保或时间限制,即拥有在所申请国家合法工作的权利
具备良好的人际交往能力,有团队合作天赋和指导他人的能力
展现出良好的领导力、批判性思维、数字技能以及数据分析和项目管理能力

工作职责

与团队成员协调部署工具和服务,包括与客户和岸上运营经理联络

通过在钻井现场的实践工作,参与寻找复杂技术问题的解决方案
准备、记录和接收出站及入站设备和产品,包括往返井场的产品
为投标提供支持,包括数据分析和成本估算,以及执行开票活动
参与工作见习机会,以全面了解业务
