工作职责

管理管理层、员工和工会之间的建设性关系,确保结构化对话和有效谈判,以符合业务需求、运营连续性和公司目标

就工会相关问题与业务利益相关者/职能部门合作
在起草和管理纪律处分方面提供专家支持,依靠强大的分析能力确保准确的事实调查并持续遵守内部程序和劳动法规
就公司协议和国家集体谈判协议(CBA)的应用,向内部业务利益相关者提供支持和澄清指导
支持升级公司协议和起草新政策,包括分析现有的公司政策和协议
通过新闻稿、研究和比较不同及多种劳动体系,提供关于劳动法和工会主题的支持和持续更新
参与在公司及供应商中发展工业关系文化
