工作职责

领导和优先考虑长期客户和项目开发,以确保北美CTS产品线拥有稳健、高利润的渠道

制定并执行战略,将贝克休斯定位为新兴碳捕集、氢能和综合电力市场的重要合作伙伴
推动关键试点项目的业务开发工作,支持新技术的推出
建立和管理一支高绩效的区域销售团队,培养现代解决方案销售能力
将贝克休斯的能源转型愿景与客户和合作伙伴的需求进行映射和协调,制定持续、长期参与的计划
识别并培养关键合作伙伴和联盟,以推广贝克休斯的价值主张
