这是一个面向美国伊利诺伊州斯普林菲尔德地区的MDS(机械诊断服务)团队领导职位

你将负责领导和管理一个由6名以上现场工程师组成的区域团队,确保团队技能发展、服务质量和客户满意度
核心职责包括团队管理、技术支持、客户关系维护以及推动区域业务增长,是连接客户、工程师和公司内部各方的关键枢纽

最低要求

拥有工程学学士学位(机械工程专业优先)

拥有10年以上现场工程行业经验,最好是在机械诊断、振动分析和动力学领域
具备API标准/API 670/ISO标准的工作知识
拥有振动分析的ISO认证
在BN产品服务的行业中(包括但不限于发电、石油和天然气、化工、纸浆和造纸、采矿等)拥有旋转机械经验
了解机械设计,并具备处理旋转机械问题的能力
具备领导能力
拥有极强的客户服务意识
具备扎实的口头和书面沟通能力,能够读写英语
持有有效的驾驶执照,并有良好的驾驶记录
拥有有效护照(或能够获得)
有资格获得TWIC(运输工人身份证明)
能够阅读、理解和遵循详细的原理图、装配图和装配程序
自我驱动,需要最少的监督
能够独立工作
能够确定工作优先级、组织工作并按时完成任务
能够出差并实现20%的可计费时间
具备计算机技能,熟悉MS Office产品
在与他人打交道时展现出权威和自信

工作职责

管理和指导由6名以上现场工程师组成的区域团队

负责您所在区域的技能和能力发展(在MDS服务经理和技术主管的支持下)
指导区域MDS工程师撰写技术论文、案例研究和客户成功故事
向MDS服务经理提供客户之声(VOC)反馈
根据您所在区域的情况,管理和主持月度MDS团队电话会议的部分内容
根据您所在区域的情况,管理和主持双月MDS运营电话会议的部分内容(涉及健康安全环境、可计费时间、培训/认证)
推动团队内的MDS业务增长,并协助MDS服务经理处理与东部地区MDS增长战略、服务产品和技能发展相关的职能
管理对客户服务经理和履约经理的支持,分配经过认证的MDS工程师资源,并确保您所在区域的MDS工程师实现可计费时间目标
管理对区域履约经理的支持,为客户创建反应性的MDS报价
作为您所在区域MDS服务的单一联系点,对接客户、客户团队以及所有其他贝克休斯利益相关者
确保区域MDS服务执行的质量,包括但不限于:
发布MDS报告以确保符合最佳实践,并确保满足流程和文档需求
在任务执行期间,根据需要为MDS工程师提供技术支持和协助
跟踪现场报告提交情况并监控客户满意度
确认MDS工程师完全配备了执行任务所需的工具,并负责确保工具经过校准
为MDS工程师的认证提供在职培训、指导和辅导
识别培训需求,以确保具备执行所需工作的内部和外部认证
