最低要求

拥有教育、数据/分析、组织发展、商业或相关领域的学士学位

-10年以上培训、赋能、学习项目设计、数字化转型或相关岗位的工作经验
具备构建和交付大规模学习项目的经验,最好是在数据、分析、数字工具或AI领域
对数据素养概念、现代分析工具和AI基础知识有深刻理解
具备为不同受众量身定制学习和沟通内容的能力
出色的引导、教学设计和讲故事能力
有管理实践社区、冠军网络或企业参与项目的经验
熟悉成人学习原则、学习技术和数字内容开发工具
热衷于通过知识和技能建设赋能团队
具备在复杂、全球性组织中无职权影响力和跨部门协作的卓越能力
能够将技术概念简化为易于理解的学习体验
富有创造力、引人入胜的沟通者,能够激发好奇心和成长型思维

工作职责

培训战略与课程开发:

制定与企业优先事项和数字化转型目标一致的全公司数据与AI定制化培训战略
设计并维护涵盖数据素养、分析技能、AI基础、道德/负责任AI以及业务特定工具赋能的综合课程
构建针对不同角色(如一线员工、分析师、领导者和技术团队)量身定制的胜任力模型和学习路径
与学习与发展部门合作,将内容整合到现有的学习平台和框架中
赋能项目交付:
领导培训材料的创建,包括电子学习模块、视频、指南、研讨会、实验室和动手练习
监督与主题专家、培训师和技术负责人合作进行的现场和虚拟培训课程的交付
建立一个支持全球学习者和持续更新周期的可扩展赋能模型
参与与采用领导力:
制定参与策略,以提高对数据和AI能力的认识和兴奋度
建立实践社区、冠军网络和用户小组,以鼓励同伴学习和知识共享
与内部沟通部门合作,创建引人入胜的宣传活动、故事讲述、成功案例展示和意识提升活动
