工作职责
Assist in creating a clear end-to-end process map for project planning and timeline management. Define roles and responsibilities across the process, including ownership and handover points. Support project planning and timeline management for process mapping activities. Conduct current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) process mapping. Help with system/process testing and refinement using sample projects (where applicable). Support system implementation activities (e.g., templates, user guide preparation) and contribute to final documentation. Coordinate with stakeholders to capture pain points, gather requirements, and support alignment. Help prepare demos and final presentations summarizing key learnings, benefits, and recommendations.
优先资格
Preferred areas of study: Supply chain background (preferred), Artificial Intelligence / Data Science, Computer Science / Information Systems. Preferred Skills: Copilot (or similar AI productivity tools), Gantt chart capability, Excel, PowerPoint.
