As a Service Engineer at ZEISS in Tainan, you will install, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced semiconductor equipment. You'll provide on-site customer support, conduct training, and ensure high service quality. This role requires technical expertise, travel flexibility, and strong communication skills.

College or above degree in industry technology relevant, major in mechanical and electrical preferred; TOEIC Listening & Reading score > 550; 3 years of relevant working experience including installing, troubleshooting industrial electronics, machines or computer systems; Microsoft operating system knowledge; Self-motivated in learning, able to think independently, and a good team player; Good written and spoken English; Willingness to travel domestic and internationally; Liaison work involving spare parts ordering, shipment, installation and after sales service.
工作职责
Work and perform in compliance with company’s regulation and request; Perform Technical Field Service activities - Installation and commissioning of equipment, Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance, Escalation support, User Training / Customer Training, Providing sales support, All necessary reporting per company policy; Demonstrate service skills and knowledge with high customer orientation; Report to Service Manager / Factory on any product issues; Provides documents for activities performed; Develop and maintain relationship with customers; Respond to satisfaction surveys; Provide timely response to all requests; Perform necessary administrative paperwork; Solutions oriented with ability to work independently in a high pressure, fast paced environment; Provide timely feedback of product quality issues; Maintain company-issued test equipment and support tools; Perform other related duties as assigned.
优先资格
Semi-conductor equipment work experience is preferred; Previous mask repair machine installation and troubleshooting experience is a plus; Familiar with E-beam system is a plus.
