Work and perform in compliance with company’s regulation and request; Perform Technical Field Service activities - Installation and commissioning of equipment, Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance, Escalation support, User Training / Customer Training, Providing sales support, All necessary reporting per company policy; Demonstrate service skills and knowledge with high customer orientation; Report to Service Manager / Factory on any product issues; Provides documents for activities performed; Develop and maintain relationship with customers; Respond to satisfaction surveys; Provide timely response to all requests; Perform necessary administrative paperwork; Solutions oriented with ability to work independently in a high pressure, fast paced environment; Provide timely feedback of product quality issues; Maintain company-issued test equipment and support tools; Perform other related duties as assigned.
Semi-conductor equipment work experience is preferred; Previous mask repair machine installation and troubleshooting experience is a plus; Familiar with E-beam system is a plus.
