As a Procurement Specialist at ZEISS in Taipei, you will manage end-to-end procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, and compliance. You will drive digital workflow adoption using Power Automate and Power BI, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize purchasing strategies.
最低要求
Bachelor degree or above, in Logistics Management, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Sourcing and Purchasing, Procurement, or equivalent.
+ years experience of supply chain and procurement experience in international companies.
Strong self-driven capability is a must.
Strong interpersonal skills are a must, with experienced negotiation skills a BIG plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with team spirit.
Fluent English & Chinese both written and spoken.
Solution-oriented & able to work under pressure.
工作职责
Operational Excellence: Manage end-to-end procurement process; strategic sourcing; RFQ/RFP; strategic negotiation; monthly price list update; contract management.
Vendor Management: New vendor assessment; review vendor onboarding; vendor capability development; build strategic partnerships.
Compliance & Risk Assessments: Facilitate annual vendor assessment; ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
Digital Workflow Adoption: Implement automated procurement workflows using Power Automate and Power BI.
Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to prioritize purchasing strategy.
Market information collection and reporting.
Other assigned tasks.
优先资格
End to end order management and vendor management experience is a big plus.
Enough exposure to sourcing and purchasing is preferred.
Industry background of medical or electronics is preferred.
SAP experience and purchasing system implementation experience is preferred.
