Identify strategic priorities and develop action plans across product, fleet & new retail to deliver sales target of the fiscal year by bridging Nike Inc & GC marketplace strategic visions with daily sales operational tasks.
Design and facilitate strategic account meetings and engagement (e.g. partner summit) every season based on business needs. Lead/participate in critical cross-functional projects to debottleneck business challenges, unlock new growth opportunities and improve operational excellence. Understand and deliver marketplace and account insights for regular business review and long-term marketplace/sales strategy development. Facilitate global/geo communication and cross-functional communication to feedback account insights and enable business priorities.
