As a Project Contract Manager at GE Vernova, you will lead contract management for large-scale energy projects, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and driving commercial outcomes. You will interface with customers, partners, and internal teams across the project lifecycle, handling complex contractual and legal matters in a multinational environment.

years or more experience in Contracts Management in an international contracting environment, preferably Power/Energy or Oil & Gas, with large-scale Turnkey/EPC/Consortium contracts.
Solid understanding of contract terms, legal principles, technical, financial, cost and project risk management.
Demonstrated knowledge of delay analysis techniques, productivity loss calculation, and ability to interpret construction contracts, drawings and specifications.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills at higher management level.
Good people leadership, influencing and management skills; ability to work independently and communicate effectively across diverse nationalities.
Accomplished in MS-Windows, Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), project management software, Primavera P6 or equivalent.
Ability to handle many complex issues concurrently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Lead Contract Management for the project, managing all contracts and consortium agreements externally with customers/partners and internally with cross-functional teams.
Complete ownership of all contract-related GEV tools/applications, ensuring timely and detailed updates.
Ownership of all contract-related documentation (Project Execution Plan, Risk Scorecards, etc.), updating consistently.
Create and maintain a detailed commercial/contractual correspondence register, tracking all incoming/outgoing letters.
Ensure timely issuance and replies of contractual letters to/from external parties.
Draft commercial/contractual correspondences by identifying relevant clauses and consolidating inputs from stakeholders.
Lead risk and opportunity identification, mitigation actions, and change order pursuits throughout project lifecycle.
Attend and participate in all required meetings with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Handle insurance matters including correspondence and claim submissions.
Support sourcing function with review of Project Related Purchasing Conditions (PRPC).
Provide contract guidance to Project Director/Manager and team on claims; lead mitigation of incoming claims and pursuit of outgoing claims.
Prepare and maintain Contract Compliance Checklist identifying obligations, deadlines, and responsibilities; update monthly.
Monitor overdue and upcoming actions from the Compliance Checklist.
