Guide GTM organization to ensure solid project management (process, roles, meetings, communication)
Support and accompany highly complex projects e.g. initial project set-up, planning and collaboration model (e.g. SCRUM), problem solving mechanism, etc. Support and accompany projects for Audits (internal and external) Develop, maintain and enforce project management trainings (incl. PS) together w/ GTMs to ensure continuous competency ramp-up of CoC Act as central owner for engineering data quality in relevant tools of PMS and ensure high-quality engineering data Act as main interface to QMM department ensuring the right man-mapping from ENG side for each problem case
