This role supports account management teams in driving operational excellence through data analytics, vendor engagement, and process improvement. You will coordinate customer trips, manage operational data using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, and present insights to stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in business operations, preferably from supply chain or sourcing industry; candidates with merchandising or account management background will also be considered.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proven ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and AI-powered analytics platforms is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data accuracy and reporting quality.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
Flexible and proactive, with a willingness to take on additional duties or ad-hoc tasks as necessary.

Consolidate, manage, and maintain operational and vendor-related data across systems using spreadsheets and analytical platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
Apply analytical methodologies and leverage tools including Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and AI-powered solutions to extract insights and visualize trends.
Present findings through structured reports and impactful PowerPoint presentations to support internal reviews and strategic decision-making.
