Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Be responsible for profit & loss in Smart Field. Set up mission, strategy, and business plan to achieve the annually sales target consistent with the company overall business strategy. Master market and competitor mapping, drive development and transformation in key sub segments to increase market share on all product portfolio. Set up and drive segment sales team to ensure result-oriented action plan implementation, in close co-operation with Territory Sales to develop and strengthen market share of existing and new customers. Lead, coach and motivate sales team and be responsible for sales competence development. In close co-operation within GI and other departments (service, project team) to ensure proper handling of customer requirements. Establish close communication with Division Smart Field team to ensure resource needed and future products development. Develop high performing distribution channels to build long-term partnership and market coverage in Energy & Metal Fab segments. Ensure constant improvement of customer and employee satisfaction.
