Based on customer-oriented, establish and develop a good customer communication mechanism, understand and respond to customer needs, actively achieve PC commitments, and provide customers with professional, timely, accurate and thoughtful services.
Collect and analyze customer needs and establish and operate an effective order-to-delivery fulfillment system. Carry out the systematic planning and management of order demands, material planning, production operation, quality assurance and logistics to achieve high-efficiency and low-cost operation goals. You will be responsible for lead time and delivery reliability, setting up a system with suppliers to reduce lead time. To safeguard the high-quality level of our products. You will be responsible for an active quality improvement process, a pro-active poka-yoke quality process. You will be responsible for the production cost and efficiency as well as the asset management of the production, with the goal of continuously reducing the product cost. You need to drive improvement actions in all operation processes to increase overall efficiency. Work together with CtP team and new product development team to introduce new products in production line, to support fast product launch onto the market. Work closely with the excellent operation team, practice and adopt lean methods to standardize the operation processes, optimize the factory and warehouse layout, and improve balancing in assembly lines. Facilitate collaboration among customer contact, planning and logistics teams, to improve transparency in inventory management and improve working capital turnover efficiency. Lead the operation teams to actively participate in the implementation of group level digitalization projects, incl. WMS, APS, MES, etc. Initiate and sponsor local projects to take our factory through digitalization and automation journey. Be an ambassador for safety first initiatives to guarantee the full implementation of QSHE & energy circles, and empower initiatives to create a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly work place.
