Process Improvement & Digitalization – NGBA steering & associated improvements As the global point of contact for G-EDM Manufacturing processes, lead & participate in the development, optimization and automation of processes related to different production sites. Guide production site leads across countries to define the NGBA end-state solution and finalizing process models. Conduct regular analysis of existing processes, IT environment, and best practices to drive further development and alignment. 2. Change Management – Technical & Organizational Identify global/country specific features and enable NGBA workshops for Manufacturing. Drive role-based training for users across G-EDM. Develop user documentation, process descriptions, guidelines, and procedural instructions. 3. Stakeholder Management & Global Co-ordination Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on NGBA implementation progress, achievements, and improvements in Manufacturing. Represent G-EDM in business experts' communities and NGBA forums for Manufacturing topics. * Build an internal G-EDM Manufacturing expert community.
