Advanced technical degree, e.g., PhD, MD, PharmD. Relevant working experience in multinational and/or domestic pharm industry experience of 9+ years. Experience in implementing program-based strategies for pharmacodynamics, disease surrogate and patient stratification biomarkers is required. 3+ years’ experience in diagnostic assay and/or biomarker assay development. Good knowledge of or experience with assay transferring and capability of monitoring clinical biomarker study in CROs. Requires comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts and/or methodologies and regulation within drug discovery, development or production in China and globally. Good language and communication skill in English and Mandarin (in both verbal and written), good computer and presentation skills are required. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary matrix team.
