This role is responsible for developing marketing communications materials to drive awareness and traffic for loyalty club products and promotions. The Manager will oversee project management and execution for campaigns across GEG properties, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and budget compliance.
最低要求
At least 5 years of experience in advertising or marketing
Excellent time management, project management and organizational skills
Ability to initiate new programs, prepare detailed written briefs and define project plan timelines
Client servicing experience and understanding of how to manage communications with internal stakeholders and related vendors
Good to have design and digital creative background
Understanding and familiarity with marketing to China market
Understanding and familiarity with Electronic System such as PAL & SCALA
Mature personality with good presentation, communication and inter-personal skills
Able to work independently, proactive in taking on tasks
Proficient in Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English languages, spoken and written
Degree holder, preferable in Marketing Communication or related discipline
工作职责
Campaign execution
Responsible for the execution of all advertising and promotion campaigns across 3 properties
Develop project timelines & work-in-progress reports for campaign projects to manage internal stakeholders' expectations
Draft briefs & brief agency partners or internal creative for creative development
Draft briefs & brief in for media planning/booking & public relations support
Manage creative development review and approval process within marketing as well as with stakeholder departments
Provide quality control on all materials – legal T & C's, proofreading Chinese & English copy, production & installation (if requires)
Develop and manage online and offline media plans for GPC marketing or promotional campaigns
Manage and delegate projects to respective team members to ensure day-to-day smooth organization, operation and timely delivery of all work in progress
Manage all vendor quotations and track and report on department budget to ensure on-budget delivery of all programs
Marketing reports for Executive Management
Compile monthly summary reports for all marketing campaigns, logging work completed to date, performance of campaigns and outlining upcoming programs
Provide monthly budget summaries of costs incurred to date

Gaming experience preferred – understand the market regulations in terms of advertising gaming related message so that the company is not put at risk
