This role involves designing and building a scalable, highly available global low latency synthetic trading platform. You will work closely with front-office trading and product teams to deliver new functionality and improvements, while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The position requires expert-level Java experience and a background in investment banking.
最低要求
Prior experience of working in an investment banking setting.
Expert-level, applied Java experience including the JVM, garbage collection, data structures and non-blocking IO.
In-depth knowledge of DeltaOne and Synthetic trading including the order lifecycle, locate, inventory management, FIX messaging.
Good understanding of the design and architecture of robust, scalable and highly available distributed trading platforms.
Passionate advocate for technology, technological solutions and continuous improvement.
Good understanding of risk, risk management and the role technology plays in this highly regulated environment.
Fluent in written and spoken English and an excellent communicator.
Appreciation of agile software delivery practices and knowledge of DevOps.
工作职责
Design and build a scalable and highly available global low latency Synthetic trading platform.
Contribute and make strategic decisions that affect the design and architecture of this platform.
Work closely with the front-office trading and product teams to ensure fast and accurate delivery of new functionality and improvements.
Liaise with local compliance, NFR and other risk/control teams to ensure full compliance with the letter and spirit of all relevant regulatory guidelines and requirements.
Maintain continuous communication with the wider global team: collaborative development, reviews and strategic decision making.
Contribute and influence on the future state architecture.

Prior experience of low latency development, GCP and UI development is a plus.
