工作职责
Contributes to the Fixed Income Product development to achieve business objectives
Supports to all Fixed Income Product distribution channels in terms of product promotions, operation process and channel/customer communication.
Develops and execute products and channel strategy
Develops tactical marketing campaigns and sales promotion
Develop clear service guideline and procedure for operation process
Manage the everyday operations of Fixed Income sales in Taiwan, including relationship with Fixed Income Product suppliers, transaction process, new product onboarding and after-sales service.
Ensuring all operation process and customer service provided are within compliance guidelines and meet group standard
