工作职责

培训项目设计与开发:与全球和本地关键利益相关者合作,确定能力优先级,将业务需求转化为清晰的学习策略和计划

制定和完善入职、认证和持续发展的学习方案,确保与私人银行主张和RM技能框架一致
共同创建实用的学习资料(角色扮演、案例研究、模拟和工具),以建立前线信心和一致性
支持亚洲市场的本地化,同时保持全球标准和一致的学习者体验
培训交付:交付和/或引导面对面技能入职培训,建立早期客户互动的实践能力
为RM、IC和业务主管提供辅导,以提高销售效能、客户参与度和绩效,符合内部领导原则
作为私人银行认证项目的一部分,评估并提供结构化反馈,加强高绩效文化
通过与业务主管和领导者合作将发展融入日常工作节奏并分享最佳实践,嵌入持续学习
物流与运营:主导亚洲季度入职培训的端到端组织和交付,包括利益相关者协调和现场执行
