This role is for a Sales Manager in Hang Seng Bank's Global Trade Solutions team, based in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for establishing and growing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver trade finance and corporate lending solutions. The position requires strong customer service orientation, analytical skills, and proficiency in English and Chinese.

University graduate in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications

Proven experience in corporate lending or trade finance
Strong customer service orientation and analytical ability, with good communication and interpersonal skills
Resilient, capable to work responsibly in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage
High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers

工作职责

Establishing new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of clients.

Communicating new products, propositions and relevant market information to clients.
Proactively identifying sales opportunities and developing these opportunities.
Devising plans and strategies to increase revenue for existing clients to achieve asset growth, sales or revenue targets.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders, which may include relationship managers and product specialists, to maximise cross-selling opportunities for the Bank.
Participating in events, initiatives and activities to develop business opportunities.
Developing and implementing distribution channel business development strategies.
Protecting the bank's reputation and ensuring an acceptable risk profile whilst deepening the understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews.

优先资格

Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage
