This role is an Analyst position within HSBC's Leveraged, Acquisition and Syndicated Finance team, focusing on corporate flow and event-driven financings. 工作职责

To provide analytical support for origination, execution, and distribution capabilities for corporate flow and event driven financings within the Leveraged, Acquisition and Syndicated Finance team.

Assist with credit processing, execution, and distribution of Leveraged, Acquisition and Syndicated Finance related business opportunities
To assist in support of the development and enhancement of corporate and financial sponsor client relationships
Take the lead in the deal process and provide guidance to the deal team, to ensure smooth collaboration with all Corporate and Institutional Banking and Commercial Banking partners to service the client
Assist senior staff in delivery of consistent pricing and structural guidance across product and transaction spectrum.
Demonstrate clear awareness of the operational and reputational risk associated with Leveraged, Acquisition and Syndicated Finance and take accountability for minimizing Group exposure to risk.
