This role focuses on leading validation and manufacturing test readiness for board, server, and rack-level products. You will drive root cause analysis, debug complex HW/FW/SW issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust product quality from development through mass production. As a senior engineer, you'll leverage deep expertise in firmware, BMC, PCIe, and manufacturing test tools to solve challenging problems.

OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. OR PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
工作职责
Validation & Test Execution
Lead and execute card-level, system-level, and rack-level factory tool SDK validation and manufacturing test plans.
Review Contract Manufacturer (CM) test results and prescribe additional board, system, or rack reliability testing as needed.
Ensure comprehensive manufacture testing coverage in collaboration with Hardware Design, Quality, Software, and Manufacturing teams.
Debugging & Failure Analysis
Drive root cause analysis for reliability and validation test failures; implement mitigation and corrective actions.
Diagnose complex issues across embedded systems involving hardware, firmware, and software interactions.
Utilize system power-up sequencing and boot-process knowledge to debug intricate HW/FW/SW handshakes.
Manage bug lifecycles and work across cross-functional teams to drive resolutions.
Lead failure analysis of tester/server components, identify root causes, implement repairs, and drive Pareto improvements.
Perform board-level debugging using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other lab equipment is a PLUS
Manufacturing & Test Infrastructure
Ensure manufacturing readiness and seamless handoff from engineering to production.
Define manufacturing test solutions, methodologies, and scalable processes applicable to board, system, and rack product lines.
Setup, validate, and support rack-level tester platforms at CMs, internal labs, and third-party test sites.
Investigate and introduce new manufacturing test technologies to enhance efficiency, coverage, and throughput.
Debug complex manufacturing software issues and collaborate with engineering teams to drive fixes.
Familiar with factory SW, Diag test tool
Firmware & System Expertise
Perform firmware verification and contribute to FW design/debug activities.
Collaborate with operations, software, and hardware engineering teams to resolve embedded product issues across all development phases.
