工作职责
Manage general ledger, fixed assets, payroll, accruals, amortization, and intercompany transactions.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare account reconciliations and financial reports.
Review account reconciliations and financial reports.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
Ensure compliance with USGAAP, IFRS, Eaton policies and local statutory requirements.
Support transitions and migrations.
Prepare financial reports, tax filings, and statutory submissions.
Take initiative to solve accounting problems and issues.
Maintain a safe, clean working environment in compliance with Eaton safety standards.
Maintain compliance with Eaton's Code of Ethics.
Support identification of automation and process improvement initiatives.
Drive lean culture and process improvements using EBS tools (Six Sigma, BPIs, RPA, digital tools).
Document and support standardization.
Support department activities related to process improvements and standard work.
Support ERP implementations and changes (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Identify and implement best practices.
Partner with managers, controllers, and cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives.
Monitor customer-facing KPIs, ensure service delivery meets agreed standards.
Support team members, train new employees, and share knowledge.
Maintain internal controls, including SOX compliance.
Support building organizational capability.
