星展银行（DBS Tech China广州）全栈工程 Squad Lead（AVP）岗位，主导财富管理平台架构设计与交付、带领工程小队并培养人才，要求Java/ReactJS等全栈深度、大型企业平台交付与分布式架构经验
最低要求
Strong experience building and delivering large-scale enterprise platforms in a hands-on engineering role（大规模企业平台亲手交付经验）
Deep expertise in one or more of these core technologies: Java, ReactJS, Python, and Go, with strong full stack engineering capability（Java/ReactJS/Python/Go深度专长与全栈能力）
Proven experience designing scalable, resilient, high-performance systems in customer-facing or transaction-heavy environments（高并发交易环境系统设计经验）
Strong architectural knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, and modern micro-frontend patterns（分布式系统与微前端架构知识）
Experience leading a stream or domain area while working closely with one or more engineering squads（带域与小队的经验）
Strong experience building order management systems and execution management systems（订单管理与执行管理系统建设经验）
Strong domain experience in areas such as Bonds, Equities, FX, Structured Products, Funds, Digital Assets, or advisory domains such as portfolio construction, rebalancing, and risk management（金融业务域经验）
Experience in credit or banca domains is a plus（信贷或银行域经验加分）
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and business teams（跨团队沟通与干系人管理）
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field（计算机或工程相关学位）

Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of modern wealth management platforms and investment journeys within your stream（主导财富管理平台与投资旅程的架构设计与交付）
Act as a hands-on technical leader for one or more engineering squads, driving strong technical execution and engineering standards（作为亲力亲为的技术负责人带领工程小队，执行技术标准）
Develop and mentor engineering talent, foster a high-performing culture, and take ownership of career growth and retention for your team members（培养工程人才，负责团队成长与保留）
Build and evolve full stack systems across a modern stack that includes Java, ReactJS（基于Java/ReactJS现代技术栈构建全栈系统）
Design scalable distributed solutions across microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and micro-frontend architectures（设计微服务/API/事件驱动/微前端的可扩展分布式方案）
Own solution design and engineering delivery for your area, ensuring alignment with broader platform and architecture direction（负责所在领域方案设计与交付对齐平台架构方向）
Work closely with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to turn complex requirements into robust technical solutions（与产品业务工程协作将复杂需求转化为技术方案）
