This role is for a Junior Waiter/Waitress at the Terrace Boulud restaurant in the flagship Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong hotel. You will provide attentive and courteous service, assist with mise-en-place, and ensure guests have a delightful dining experience in a luxury setting. The position reports to the Restaurant Manager and is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality.

With relevant working experience in similar capacity in hotel Food & Beverage, preferably with pre-opening experience in a luxury hotel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese communication
Passionate in customer service and hospitality industry

工作职责

Prepare mise-en-place

Deliver a delighted dining experience to our guests
Create special moments and provide seamless service with guests
Make recommendations on the choice of menu items with good product knowledge
Meet and greet guest in a professional manner
Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant
Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time
