Integrate multiple service actions into an optimal execution sequence (sequence merging)
Optimize and prioritize sequences based on planner-defined scope
Perform risk assessment and quality review
Ensure full preparation readiness (Prep readiness)
Continuously improve workflows with a CI mindset
Key Activities:
Extract and consolidate sequences from GEAR / Coach systems
Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements
Coordinate planning with OPP and central teams
Provide execution feedback and convert into BKM (Best Known Method)
Adapt plans based on local site requirements (Tainan EUV localization)
Deliverables:
Fully integrated and executable sequence plans
Safety readiness confirmation (Permit / SRB)
Preparation tracking and readiness control
Planning board updates (OPP / Operations)
Local optimized plans for Tainan EUV operations
Execution feedback and BKM development
Knowledge sharing with global/central teams
