工作职责

问题分析与处理：收集与问题相关的所有信息，利用现有手段进行分析，必要时收集额外诊断信息，决定初步解决方法，在有限监督下评估新信息并调整方法

问题移交与路由：将问题或问题方面移交给其他人（高级技术支持工程师或第三线支持），记录、打包并传递所有与问题解决相关的数据（如交接、工单、现场服务报告、系统问题报告、技术报告）
维修：为客户技术人员和一线支持提供复杂问题的处理建议，使用工具、更换零件、改进设置以执行维修，包括支持非常规服务行动
能够高度独立地解决意外干扰并为关键能力提供对策
程序：与客户安排机器时间窗口以执行程序，规划程序，确保所有（可能的）零件、工具、设备和信息/知识在程序开始时可用，执行复杂程序，在程序期间做出必要决策/调整以获得最佳结果
培训/建议：定义并向一线工程师解释纠正故障的适当行动，培训客户进行设备的常规和非常规维护，必要时建议更改用户程序
流程优化：为改进提案提供输入
知识积累与传递：维护和拓宽自身知识（包括NPI），在工作组（站点/集群）内分享最佳已知方法
辅导：向一线现场工程师、同行和初级TSE同事传递关键能力的高级技术知识和技能
