MSc or PhD in a technical field. Limited experience in an IC manufacturing environment, or research institute with emphasis on lithography, patterning, overlay, imaging, focus, metrology or defectivity related to node/process development. Able to work and coordinate across departments to ensure smooth troubleshooting process. Able to present and report clearly in English/Chinese during internal and external meetings.
