工作职责

问题分析与处理:收集与问题相关的所有信息,利用可用手段进行分析,必要时收集额外诊断信息,决定初步处理方法并执行,必要时咨询他人

问题移交与路由:将问题或问题方面移交给他人(二级支持),记录并打包所有与问题解决相关的数据(如交接单、工单、现场服务报告、系统问题报告、技术报告)
维修:使用工具、更换零件、改进设置,独立执行维修和标准服务操作
程序执行:根据客户机器时间窗口,提前安排所有(可能的)零件、工具、设备和信息/知识在程序开始时可用,并执行程序
培训/建议:向用户解释纠正故障的适当操作,培训客户使用设备和日常维护,必要时建议更改用户程序
流程优化:发现差距和改进机会,并向相关利益相关者报告
知识积累与传递:维护和扩展自身知识,在工作组内分享最佳已知方法
辅导:为经验较少的工程师在首次任务中提供适当支持和帮助
