At least 7 years of experience on a legal team

At least 7 years of experience with processes and technology related to the legal function (contracts, litigation, intellectual property, management of outside counsel)
Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and willingness to learn other systems
A Bachelor degree
A highly organized, self-starter with a strong record of overcoming obstacles, developing practical solutions, and embracing technology
Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish relationships with diverse backgrounds
Ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands

工作职责

Lead initiatives to improve legal work flow across the business (process mapping, optimization, intake systems, self-service tools, automation)

Develop systems to organize data, information and institutional knowledge for effective access and reuse
Manage medium and large regional legal projects focused on process improvement, substantive matters, and department initiatives
Evaluate, implement, refine and maintain legal tech tools and adapt standard software (including AI) to legal initiatives
Organize and support onboarding of law firms and other legal vendors, track fee arrangements, and monitor performance
Develop, track and report on KPIs related to work volume, allocation timing, and feedback

优先资格

Strong preference for experience within the in-house environment

Preference for a focus on legal studies, project management, and/or communications related to change management
General business management knowledge with a preference for experience working with a global corporation headquartered outside of the US
